After living in Atlanta, my husband and I decided it was time for a change.  We had visited Dog Island back in 1988.  We immediately fell in love with the island and decided to buy a lot and build a home. We decided to move to the island full-time, where my husband is currently the Island Manager.  After working with another real estate company for two years, I decided to join the team of Boardwalk Realty.  I have full knowledge of the island and all that is has to offer.  Dog Island is a very special place where it is home to migrating birds, nesting sea turtles and a variety of wildlife.  There is no commercial activity on the island such as restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.  You can get to the island by boat, charter or small plane.  Please give me a call for more information regarding properties for sale.
